The inner courtyard of the Madrasah of Muhammad Rahim-khan, constructed in 1876 on the orders of Seyid Muhammad-Rahim II (1863-1910), known also as a poet under the assumed name of Feruzshah and who surrendered to Russia in 1873; in Ichon Qala, the walled inner city of Khiva.
