The iNcwala or First Fruits Ceremony in 1970
Women and small sons of the King dance in front of the “emabutfo” regiments on the last day of the iNcwala ceremony in Lobamba. The pyre, previously alighted by the King, contains articles used in the ceremony, like the King's costume, clothing and bedding, with the remains of a ritually slaughtered bull.
