Deer stone head

A “deer stone” with the head of a woman, unique among the 14 carved standing stones within an emplacement of sacrificial mounds (“khereksuur”). This dates to the mid-Bronze Age, between 1500 and 800 BCE and is at Uushigiin Övör, 20 kilometres west of Mörön.
