Towers and cupolas at the Dutch Kremlin, a project started by metal worker Ger Leegwater around 1980, a remarkable ensemble of buildings and statues, inspired by Russian and Italian architecture, in the grounds of his house just outside the village of Winkel, about 60 kilometres north of Amsterdam in the north of Noord-Holland province.
