Inside Bibi-Khanym mosque

Inside the main chamber of the Bibi-Khanym mosque in Samarkand, in the 15th century one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the Islamic world. By the mid-20th century it was only a huge ruin. Some parts still await restoration.
