Khiva, a former Khanate
Apartments of the Khan’s female relatives and serving girls on the right side of the courtyard at the Tash-Hauli palace (Tosh Hovli Saroyi) of Allakuli-khan (1825-1842), built between 1832 and 1841 as a more splendid alternative to the Ko'hna Ark; with sumptuous ceramic tile decoration along one of the inner courtyards.
