A monument in the small park, with the Suriname flag painted around the trees, near the factory buildings in Wageningen, the rice centre of Suriname, on the Nickerie river in the Nickerie District, 54 kilometres east of Nieuw Nickerie and 203 kilometres from Paramaribo.
