Shamanistic pole

A shamanistic pole with many blue “khadag” tied around it; these ceremonial silk scarves symbolise the open sky and the sky spirit Tengger (Tengri); next to it is an ovoo, a type of cairn made from rocks, on a hill between the old and new towns in Darkhan.
