Traditional Gheg men Peja

Traditional costumes of the Geg (or Gheg, northern Albanian) people were very much in evidence on Peja's market with the men wearing raw woollen trousers (“tirq”) and felt “qeleshe” skullcaps, sometimes along with a bandana tied round them.
