Seoul, Capital of South Korea
The Green Wall inside Seoul City Hall: this vertical garden climbs up the inner wall, from the first to the seventh floor. It was named in the Guinness World Records as the largest vertical garden in the world, with an area of an area of 1,516 square metres. The building is highly efficient, built with a double skin façade system; over 28 percent of the energy used in it comes from eco-friendly energy sources, including photovoltaic, solar thermal and geothermal.
