The officials during the procedures entertaining the Royal spirits at the ritual tables, in front of the 16 spirit chambers of the royal family, each enshrining a mortuary tablet, where food is prepared in the cleanest of circumstances because it is believed that the spirits do not take any food stained even with a bit of dirt.
