The century old Padre Pico steps on the corner of Calle Padre Pico and Diego Palacios), cut into the steepest part of Calle Padre Pico in Santiago de Cuba’s old French quarter, that was first settled by colonists from Haiti in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
