Monument to the Senj defenders

The memorial, unveiled 28 July 2018 and designed by Ante Jurkić, an academic sculptor. It depicts a jumbo boat that, despite everything, floats as a symbol of the struggle of the people of Senj for freedom. It is inscribed “In memorial of the deaths of Croatians from the area of ​​Senj in the Homeland War”, and lists the names of the 17 civilians from Senj who were killed between 1991 and 1995.
