Dance around Pucara pole

Dancers and revellers in the yearly Pujllay festival in the village of Tarabuco. The centre of attention is the “Pucara”, a ritual pole decorated with offerings and balloons; the “wiphala” or “Qulla Suyu” flag with its 49 squares and Bolivian flags are in evidence.
