The “Wiphala”, (actually the square Inca rainbow flag of Qulla Suyu, the southeastern provincial region of the Inca Empire, which incorporated the Aymara territories that are now part of Bolivia) is carried by the men during the Pujllay Festival, performed each March in Tarabuco.
