Urangan Pier

Urangan Pier just east of Hervey Bay. It was opened in 1917 to export sugar, coal and timber from the Wide Bay hinterland and initially had a length of 1124 metres. In 1929 Urangan became the busiest coal port on the eastern seaboard.
