Lajamanu region - The edge of the Tanami

Mingkirri Camp with its “humpies”, improvised living places of family groups in Lajamanu as it was in 1975. Many people actually preferred to live in camp, rather than in houses: in the old days they always lived like this, only the materials have changed.
